The mean baseline monthly frequency of motor seizures was 30 (RIQ 11.0 - 96.0) and decreased to 15.8 (5.6-57.6) during the 12-week treatment period. The mean change in monthly motor seizures from the beginning was -36.5% CBD Gummies (RIQ -64.70 to 0). Five (4%) patients were free of motor seizures during the 12-week treatment period.

The post-hoc analysis showed variability in the responses of the individual types of seizures to the treatment with cannabidiol; the mean change in total seizures was -34.6% (RIQ -66.7 to -9.8), with the greatest reduction occurring in patients with focal seizures (n = 42, -55.0%, RIQ - 97.3 to -4.4) or atonic seizures (n = 32, -54.3%, -91.5 to 25.7), followed by tonic seizures (n = 65; -36.5%, - 71.8 to 22.6) or tonic-clonic (n = 89; -16.0%, -60.1 to 35.3). Two (2%) patients were free from all types of seizures during the full 12 weeks.
