There are some factors or variables present at the beginning of the disease that almost all studies have shown that they involve a worse course of evolution of RA, as is the case of the rheumatoid factor, while in others there are certain divergences in the literature, as is the case of the DR genotype ( Keto Viante).
RA seropositive for rheumatoid factor, especially at high titers, usually have a more unfavorable clinical course, with greater joint structural damage and a greater frequency of extra-articular manifestations than seronegative ones.
